Dress Code
Just bring yourself, we provide the rest. Robes, slippers and lockers are provided for your use, in both men’s/women's private locker rooms with shower facilities and amenities.

The Tonic & Tea Bar
Before or after your service, enjoy a refreshing and relaxing tonic or specialty tea made from an intricate blend of fruits and herbs, resulting in a unique and sensational flavor.

VIP Parties
Let’s get this “SPArty” started! Let The Lounge Spa host your special occasion. Reserve our exclusive VIP Lounge and be the talk of the town. For more details speak with our friendly party coordinator.

Shoppe & Gift Certificates
What do you give to someone who has everything? Our retail Shoppe has unique gift ideas from scrubs, lotions and candles for anyone on your gift list. Still can't decide? Gift Certificates specially wrapped make an impressive and easy-to-give present for any occasion.

Parking
No need to pay for valet or metered parking. We have plenty of free parking on the spa premises and side streets.

Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuity. We suggest a customary 15-20%.

Payment
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express and Cash. No Checks.

… because we’re waiting for you. Step through the red velvet ropes and not be turned away. (Unless we're fully booked!) Let the soft eclectic music and candlelit chic setting settle you in before your fabulous service begins. And don’t forget to check out our cool, hip, retail shoppe.

… It’s not “Cool” to be fashionably late. We ask for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late... You'll receive the length of time remaining on your reservation with full charges applied.

… but if you need to cancel we need 24 hours notice. Your therapist is anxiously waiting for you. If you are a No-Show, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card holding your reservation.

… for facial and waxing treatments, where the minimum age is 13 years old, these patrons will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian. You must be at least 18 years old to receive massages treatments.

… We have female and male professional massage therapists. Unless you specify your gender preference when booking your reservation you will be booked based on the availability of the time of service.

… you're not here to impress, “WE ARE!” Please leave valuables at home, such as jewelry, prior to arriving. The Spa is not responsible for lost or misplaced articles.
